In this photo I feel more naked than in many others before. That's because I wanted to keep this photo as raw as possible. After my last color photo and your comments, I wanted to try to do photos in which you can see a more raw version of myself... even if it makes me feel vulnerable here. Before I thought I just created art. #NYGyoga
I wasn't going to share this photo with you... I don't like it that much because of the set up. What do you think? People are the hardest on themselves, we are our biggest critic so it's interesting to hear your opinion.❤
"Creativity is the way I share my soul with the world". ❤ - Brene Brown ❤ I don't know what I'm doing in this photo actually. Many times I just move in front of the camera, my body flows before my mind thinks. I think it would be a great skill to do this in life sometimes also - just do without any particular goal, purpose or idea. I need to try it more.
Half Moon Pose.
I LOVE yoga practice, and people who do it and the philosophy behind it! This week I've practiced exceptionally lot of yoga and meditation and the more I do it the more I always fall in love it. ❤ Doing yoga makes me happy, but also the yoga community. I've met several lovely people through yoga and usually I feel some kind of soul connection with yogis. I also love the fact that I have yoga in my days for the rest of my life. I'm still at the beginning on my yoga journey, but I love the idea of having endlessly things to learn! And how much I can practice - how many hours, days and years I can do something that I love. ❤️Żródło: http://www.dailymail.co.uk
